MetaRegister develops permission-based consumer registration and communication software applications and services. We collect and manage product registration and other information on behalf of our clients. This information is used to deliver confirmation messages, product offerings, and other forms of permission based communication - via email or secure desktop console applications - to consumers on behalf of clients.

All consumer communication is strictly permission-based and conforms to all government regulations and industry best practices. We will never share, sell, or rent personal data without expressed consent from the individual in question, or unless ordered by a court of law. When information is volunteered that may be shared, explicit permission is required from the submitting individual through an “opt-in” process.

When a product is registered using MetaRegister software, we will request an email address in order to deliver a confirmation message ensuring a successful registration or transaction. The address provided in this instance is not used for any other purposes, unless specifically agreed upon by the end user and “opted-in” according to Federal regulations and industry best practices.

Every MetaRegister client is required to provide an opt-out mechanism in accordance with Federal CANSPAM regulations and industry best practices. This must be easily accessible by consumers and is typically found on the bottom of each email message or secure MetaRegister manager utility software program.

If you have opted-in to a permission-based email or similar online communication list, simply follow the opt-out instructions included within that email to terminate the relationship at any time.

Alternatively, if you believe you have received any type of communications in error, or have unsuccessfully tried to “opt-out” of a permission-based list managed by MetaRegister, please provide our Technical Support team with details so we may take the appropriate steps to ensure the client in question abides by our existing rules and regulations.

MetaRegister takes strong precautions to protect all information provided from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or destruction. All data is stored on secure database servers backed up by a state-of-the-art security infrastructure. Only MetaRegister, its clients and approved third-party service providers can access this information under highly controlled conditions. MetaRegister employees are legally required to ensure the safeguarding of confidential consumer information.

For anyone under 18 years of age, we strongly recommend that the permission of a parent or legal guardian be obtained before providing any personal data whether for product registration or any other commercial purpose.
